We will focus on elucidating the mechanisms of normal development, aging, and cancer development caused by gene transcription and its abnormalities through cooperative cellular nuclear networks by changes in transcription factors, transcription-coupled factors, and chromatin structure. In particular, we will discuss the development of myosarcoma due to abnormalities in transcription-coupled factors; mechanisms of muscle, tendon, and skeletal development based on a database of transcription factors; COX7RP, which regulates supercomplex formation in mitochondria as a target of estrogen; nuclear receptors and aging such as motor disorders, bone fractures, and joint diseases. Furthermore, we will focus on nuclear events and biological phenomena, emphasizing mechanisms of chromatin remodeling complexes and molecularly targeted anti-cancer drugs.<br>
