The Next-Generation Multiplex Digital PCR Solution

Stilla’s digital PCR system is an incredibly user-friendly solution that completes droplet generation, PCR, and fluorescence detection all on a single chip. This system can process up to 16 samples per chip and can deliver results in 2.5 hours from reagent dispensing to result acquisition. Moreover, utilizing Stilla’s unique color combination feature, this system enables advanced multiplex assays that can simultaneously detect and quantify over 20 target genes. In this seminar, we will provide an overview of Stilla’s digital PCR system and showcase examples of detecting cancer mutation genes using advanced multiplex assays.<br>
