According to Taiwan EPA solid waste management regulations, the materials no longer usable for their intended purpose but recyclable were classified two kinds, one is general waste (MSW), the other is industrial waste, the former is processed by government, the later is processed by industrial.
This article will discuss the resources recycling regarding both two kind of waste mention above from the circular economic and sustainable waste management point of view.
Taiwan EPA carry out 4-in-1 recycling operation managed by recycling found board having good performance. Moreover, for the industrial waste, the industrial development bureau carry out the waste reduction policy, including cleaner production, dematerialization green factory. Material and energy recycling, those policy made the waste become a resources and create a circular economy and recycling environment.
