金属イオン還元細菌 Shewanella algaeをバイオ分離剤として用いて、Pt(IV)/Pd(II)溶液（中性溶液、酸性溶液）におけるバイオ分離・回収実験を行い、両金属イオンの分離機構および相互分離の可能性について検討した。
