The emulsion of the liquid organic in water and Inorganic salt solution was studied. The process consists of particle size and the zeta potential of the suspension after emulsion. Besides, engaging the setting of geopolymer model with the organic trapped in the material by emulsificating oil into a alkaline solution and mechanically mixing stoichiometric amount of metakaolin (Metastar501). Geopolymer-organic composites were prepared with changing the oil fraction from 5 % to 20 %. Relatively good mechanical properties have been proved through compressive strength test. Leaching test demonstrates the organic release from the geopolymer material is significantly different according to the functional group of oil.
