■STEP 1．Create an account on the website by a presenter or a coauthor　

An account is needed for conference registration and presentation. Your account can be used to register for presentation.

(Important reminders)
To submit for the presentation, one of the authors or co-authors must create a conference account. The system automatically uses the account name and puts it on the list of authors and cannot be removed.

  ａ．MMIJ status (Member or Nonmember.)
  ｂ．MMIJ member's number (only MMIJ member)
  ｃ．Name（Given/Middle/Family）

  ｅ．Affiliations name
  ｆ．Affiliations's address etc...

■STEP 2．Presentation registration                                       

After logging in to the system with the account created in STEP1,
Click the "New Registration" button to presentation registration.

■STEP 3．Upload full paper 　　　　　                               
Full paper submission period: June 18 – August 19 (until 12:00 noon Japan time)

You can use a template file as below.

First of all, please read the instructions in the template file carefully.  You can use template directly for writing a full paper to avoid mistakes. 

If you have written your full paper, save it as PDF file and then upload the PDF file.  When submitting the paper, log-in to your account at the next site and upload it.

Note: Changes are possible only until August 19 (12:00 noon Japan time). After this date, If you submissions of full papers, the papers not be appear in the Proceedings but the authors can present their work at confference.

Important notice: Your abstracts, including the title, name of authors and affiliations, will be published in the book of abstracts while the proceedings will be released online on September 8, 2020.
