めっきの品質維持を目的に,自製キレート吸着材SIDARを用いたイオン交換法による、硫酸及びクエン酸環境下でのNi(II),Cu(II),Sn(II)、Au(I)の吸着挙動と評価を行った.

In order to maintain the quality of plating, the adsorption behavior of Ni(II), Cu(II), Sn(II), and Au(I) in sulfuric acid and citric acid environments was investigated and evaluated by ion exchange method using a self-made chelate adsorbent SIDAR.
