漏洩磁束法を利用した欠陥検出装置において、センサとしてサーチコイルを用いた場合、磁束の変化速度に比例した電圧出力が得られる。
特にロープの断線検査では、ロープの走行速度に比例して電圧も変化するため、速度の切り替えや速度信号に基づく電圧補正が必要となる。
この速度変化に対するサーチコイルの電圧出力を自動補正する方法とその適用例について報告する。
