The N2026 Multi-stakeholder Roundtables (MSR) are a four-part dialogue process bringing together researchers, policymakers, industry, agriculture, youth, civil society, and other participants to explore pathways toward sustainable nitrogen management for future generations. The series moves from reflection on past progress and future needs, through stakeholder actions and collaboration, to a plenary harvest of insights from across N2026 and their synthesis for the Kyoto Declaration process. Participants are welcome to join any stage, while participation across multiple sessions will allow them to follow the dialogue as it develops.
This plenary stage serves as a thematic harvest, bringing together insights emerging from across N2026. At the beginning of the session, participants will be invited to contribute short reflections on progress, remaining challenges, hopes for the future, important connections, and key messages emerging from the conference’s eight thematic areas. These inputs will be rapidly synthesized while participants also reflect on the stakeholder perspectives generated through the Day 4 MSR. Together, these thematic and stakeholder perspectives will provide a foundation for the final stage of the MSR and the Kyoto Declaration process.
