Accommodations and meals
All participants should stay in CHÂTERAISÉ Gateaux Kingdom SAPPORO, Hokkaido, Japan. Accommodation and meals will be covered by The Naito Foundation. There is no need to make reservations. One room per person is being prepared.

Registration
The registration desk will be opened at 15:00 to 17:00 on Juｌｙ 8th (Tue). You will be handed room key and name tag
 
Welcome Reception
You are cordially invited to the reception which will start at room “SEMILLON” at 19:05.

The Naito Conference Poster Award:
Several excellent poster presenters will be awarded.
 
Check Out
Please check out by 10:00 am on Friday, July 11st. You might be requested to pay your own room service charges at the checking out. You can leave your luggage at the lecture hall until the conference is finished.
Please allow us to remind you that all attendees are requested to participate in the entire conference.
 
Transportation
Poster Participants are responsible for the transportation expenses to the conference site.The hotel shuttle buses complementing are served between JR Sapporo station and the hotel.Currently construction walls have been built in bus stop area of North exit of JR Sapporo station. In order to reach the bus stop smoothly, please go to East street exit when exiting JR Sapporo station.In addition to the regular bus services, the following extra bus services between Sapporo station and at the hotel are available.
