Call for Poster Abstracts

During the application period, please access the Abstract Submission page, fill in the necessary information on the title registration screen, and proceed with submitting your application. The organizing committee will review and select 60 scientists as the poster presenters.

November 4, 2026 (Wed) – January 12, 2027 (Tue)　Deadline: 11:59 PM

 

Qualifications

・ Presentation of poster relevant to the theme for the conference is mandatory.
・ A good command of English for scientific discussion is required.
・ Participation for full four days is a prerequisite.To participate the conference, it is 
     mandatory to present and display poster at the venue or to be invited speakers. 

 

Flash Talk Presentation

All poster presenters will give a flash talk prior to their poster presentation.

 

The Naito Conference Poster Award:

A select number of exceptional poster presenters will be awarded the Poster Award for Excellence, following a review by the organizing committee.

Participation Fee

No registration fee is required.  The accommodation and meals will be provided by The Naito Foundation, however, attendees will be responsible for transportation expenses to the conference site.

Results of the Selection

The results will be informed by e-mail (conference@naito-f.or.jp) around March 2027.
