1997年3月慶応義塾大学理工学部機械工学科卒業。2003年3月徳島大学医学部医学科卒業。同年4月徳島大学脳神経外科医員。高知赤十字病院、独立行政法人国立病院機構国立高知病院、香川小児病院、倚山会田岡病院にて脳神経外科を研修。2009年徳島大学脳神経外科助教、2017年マサチューセッツ工科大学マクガヴァン脳研究所JSPS客員研究員、2020年徳島大学医学部先端脳機能研究開発分野特任准教授、2024年同特任教授。
