Subcellular Spatial Biology for Neuroscience Research

Understanding where molecules function within neural systems is becoming increasingly important in neuroscience research. This seminar will provide an overview of advances in localized molecular analysis technologies, including proximity labeling approaches, and discuss how spatial analysis of neural circuits, synapses, glial biology, and cell-cell interactions is evolving. In addition, the session will introduce Microscoop, Syncell&rsquo;s subcellular spatial biology platform, highlighting new possibilities for spatial proteomics at subcellular resolution. The seminar aims to provide a comprehensive perspective on the current landscape and future direction of spatial biology in neuroscience.
