Have you been able to handle issues that arise whenever the members of your laboratory change, such as unifying and sharing analysis methods or storing data before and after analysis? This seminar will introduce specific methods to improve research efficiency using data analysis software. For example, we will present the development and application cases of 'Optical Neuroimage Studio (OptiNiSt)', a GUI-based optical nerve data analysis tool with scalability and versatility. Furthermore, we will introduce examples of using brain data analysis pipelines."
