Core times for poster presentations are on the second and third days (March 21 and 22) at the Convention Hall A on the second floor. Core times on March 21 are 13:00-13:30 (odd numbers) and 13:30-14:00 (even numbers),  on March 22 are 12:30-13:00 (even numbers) and 13:00-13:30 (odd numbers). Details of when posters will be put up and taken down will be posted on the Congress website.

 

Poster size

The dimensions of the poster display panels are 90 cm (W) x 210 cm (H). Posters should be large enough to fit within these dimensions.

 

A poster award

A poster award will be given to a student member who makes an especially outstanding poster presentation. 

The award will be presented on the third day of the conference (March 22) from 13:40-14:10 at Room 201A on the second floor. Please move quickly to the room, where a small sessions will be held from 14:30.

 

Display and removal of your poster

Poster display start time: Friday, March 21, after 9:00

Poster removal time: From the end of the poster award ceremony until 16:00
