We demonstrate a 200G self-coherent PON based on proposed dual-polarization carrier-extracted self-coherent detection using an integrated CROW filter, which achieves a 223.2-Gb/s transmission rate over 20-km SSMF with 33-dB loss budget under 1×10-2 BER threshold.
