We demonstrate the transmission of 200-Gb/s two-channel OTDM PAM-4 signal for data center interconnects using a silicon photonics transmitter with alternating-phase sinusoidal input light. 200-Gb/s PAM4 signals are successfully transmitted over a 1.9-km-long SSMF in C band.
