We proposed a fusion-free bidirectional SMF-AR-HCF interconnection strategy based on femtosecond laser 3D printing, theoretically achieving bidirectional coupling efficiencies above 97.4% and insertion losses below 0.114 dB, advancing the practical deployment of AR-HCF.
