[MF1-2]Mode-Insensitive Waveguide Crossing on Lithium Niobate-on-Insulator Platform

We experimentally demonstrate a mode-insensitive waveguide crossing on lithium niobate-on-insulator using a multimode interference structure, achieving <0.22 dB insertion loss and <-25 dB crosstalk over 40 nm for TE0 and TE1 modes.
