[MF2-2]Toward Manufacturing of PLZT Modulators

PLZT has been one of the attractive ferroelectric materials for electro-optic (EO) modulators as it offers large EO coefficient. Here we discuss the manufacturing challenges and keys to advance high-speed EO modulator utilizing PLZT.
