[MF3-3] InP Membrane Waveguide with SiN Rib for Active-passive Integration

We demonstrated an InP membrane waveguide with a SiN rib and low-loss taper, enabling efficient coupling to an InP strip waveguide and advancing monolithic active-passive integration on the III-V CMOS photonics platform.
