We propose a 2R-regeneration-based hybrid optical wired/wireless system for deep-sea uplink transmission. Experimental results demonstrate a 5.6 dB power penalty, ensuring high-reliability, long-distance underwater communication for monitoring, exploration, and disaster response in extreme maritime environments.
