We present a programmable silicon-based microwave photonic filter (MPF), integrating a modulator, microring resonators-assisted Mach-Zehnder interferometer, and photodetectors. Leveraging calibration-free tuning and low-loss waveguides, it enables MPF with stop/passband switching, wide-bandwidth tuning, and reconfigurable responses.
