[S1-7]High-bandwidth and low-driving-voltage InP-based In-phase and Quadrature modulators

We review the progress of high-speed InP-based MZ and IQ modulators in optical fiber communication. The high-efficiency EO material is found to extend the bandwidth continuously while keeping the Vπ as low as 2.0 V.
