We propose opto-electronic phase-conjugation processing for cancelling fiber fading effects observed in radio-over-fiber transmission in both linear and nonlinear regions. We experimentally demonstrate fading-free and SBS-suppressed 128-ch×75-Mb/s dual-sideband OFDM transmission over 25-km SMF.
