In this study, a high-luminous-efficiency phosphor glass film-on-sapphire (PGoS) with different thicknesses was fabricated using electrostatic spraying. The 150 μm PGoS achieved the highest luminous efficiency, which is higher than PiG and 300 μm PGoS.
