We developed a 300-GHz transmitter integrating a 4×1 UTC-PD/SiC array with a microstrip T-junction-based power combiner. Experimental results demonstrated a wireless transmission rate exceeding 8 Gbit/s, achieved through a phase-coherent and symbol-synchronized power combination.
