[TuC3-4] 300 GHz Wave Frequency-Division Multiplexing by a Single Chip Integrated with Arrayed Photomixer/Patch-antenna

We developed a special chip integrated with arrayed photomixers/antennas. By two-points feeding, our chip can multiplex two frequencies. In this research, we experimentally demonstrated 300-GHz band frequency-division multiplexing and achieved bit error rate of 3.75x10^-3.
