[TuD3-5] High-Speed LiNbO₃ Modulator Exceeding 110 GHz Bandwidth

High-speed lithium niobate modulators integrated with an electro-optic frequency-domain equalizer are reviewed. The equalizer integration enables bandwidth enhancement of traveling-wave modulators. Moreover, we demonstrate bandwidth enlargement on both Ti-diffused lithium niobate and thin-film lithium niobate modulators.
