[TuF1-1] Low-Crosstalk Silicon Optical Switch with Switching Time < 5.5 ns

We demonstrated silicon optical switches with crosstalk between –28 to –34.2 dB at 1310nm, 7.8-mW power consumption, and 5.5-ns switching time. Crosstalk remained below –28 and –20 dB across 24-nm and 100-nm bandwidths, respectively.
