High-speed free-space optical modulator with metal-organic-hybrid thin films is experimentally demonstrated. By exploiting Fabry-Perot resonator embedded with organic electro-optic material, we achieve efficient modulation with a modulation bandwidth exceeding 100 MHz for the first time.
