An analog radio-over-fiber system utilizing narrow-linewidth fiber laser (FL) and low-chirp lithium niobate Mach-Zehnder modulator (LN-MZM) is proposed to tolerate multiple reflections with a 20-dB signal-to-interference ratio (SIR), and its effectiveness is experimentally demonstrated.
