In this paper, a novel and simple pattern-dependent nonlinear phase noise pre-compensation scheme is proposed for 200 Gbps coherent TDM-PON, which enhances the overall power budget by 1.1 dB for a 40 km reach, resulting in an impressive power budget of 37.8 dB in the C-band.
