We propose a nonlinear interference monitoring method aided by standard-designed training sequence and amplitude modulation pilot tone (TS-AMPT NLIM method) for coherent transmission systems, achieving 0.15-dB accuracy in optical signal-to-noise ratio penalty estimation.
