This work demonstrates broadband low-phase-noise LFM waveform generation using a frequency-doubling injection-locked optoelectronic oscillator, achieving a 78-dB signal-to-noise ratio and -96 dBc/Hz@10 kHz phase noise, surpassing conventional frequency doublers by 18 and 19 dB, respectively.
