All-optical controlled wavelength-switchable single-photon frequency serrodyne carrier based on the master-control-slave injection scheme is performed to switch the slave laser diode between single and dual lasing modes for time-division-multiplexing the carrier-frequency-serrodyne differential-phase-shift quantum key distribution.
