[TuP-B-23] Cross-Correlation Detection with Fractoinally Oversampled Signal for Coupled Multi-Core Fiber Transmission

We show a method of cross-correlation detection with a fractionally oversampled signal for coupled multi-core fiber transmission. Simulation shows the proposed method can calculate the relative delay with 40% reduction of the computation complexity.
