This study develops a low-cost, easily fabricated, and flexible MIR-FIR reflective film with 70% transmittance. COMSOL simulations optimize its structure, confirming that the AZO (150nm)/Al(2nm)/AZO (150nm) film achieves 75.3% MIR-FIR reflectance and high carrier mobility.
