Develop a silicon photonic architecture with flexible configuration and high-performance switching, efficiently providing low-power and highly tunable optical signal switching capabilities. This design employs a non-volatile Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) MEMS switch and utilizes a bistable mechanism to achieve stable states.
