We propose and demonstrate high-speed opto-electronic signal waveform estimation without relying on high-speed DSPs. Frequency-division random phase optimization using adaptive filter enables estimating signal waveforms, achieving 18-ps temporal resolution for monitoring high-speed optical signals.
