We report a numerical approach to optimize the Non-cascaded Multifunctional Optical Filter (Cross and Direct-coupled All-Pass Filters in MZI arms) with tunable bandwidth (0-to-π radians), constant Free Spectral Range (FSR) and less than 1% ripple.
