[WG1-2] A Feedback Insensitive Single-Mode Coupled-Cavity Laser with a Deformed Microcavity

We present a coupled-cavity semiconductor laser featuring a deformed microcavity. By optimizing the microcavity structure to create a narrow-band reflection peak, we achieve single-mode lasing with a high tolerance to optical feedback for the laser.
