We present a fiber-optic localized surface plasmon resonance (FOLSPR) biosensor for the rapid and sensitive detection of peanut allergen Ara h 2. The sensor exhibits a low detection limit, high reproducibility, and real-time monitoring capability, making it suitable for allergen detection applications.
