[WP-D-14] Design of High-Extinction-Ratio Quantum Well Modulator based on Multimode Interference Waveguide by Deep Learning

A multimode interference optical modulator with a high extinction ratio is designed using deep learning. The extinction ratio of a 76-μm-long MMI modulator is expected to be 50 dB at an operating voltage of 2.6 V.
