1）Philosophy for support of children or persons with sever motor and intellectual disabilities and their living

【ねらい】 <br>小児神経科は日常診療において重症心身障害児（者）（以下重症児）と接する機会が最も多い小児科の疾患分野です．2012年4月に障害者総合支援法が施行され，重症児のおかれている環境も大きく変化してきています．昨年度の本学会のシンポジウム「重症心身障害児（者）医療における小児神経学」，ならびに，長期計画委員会主催のワークショップ「小児神経専門医のなすべきことにおいて，重症児における多くの問題について活発な意見がかわされ，小児神経科医の果たせる役割について議論が深まってきました．また，昨年は，相模原事件が発生し，重度障害者と共に生きる社会の価値について，様々な議論がありました．　本シンポジウムでは昨年の議論を踏まえ，重症心身障害支援が未来に向けてどのような価値を生み出していくのか，その中で小児神経科医が果たせる役割について議論してみたいと思います．①重症児者の方々の人格や生きる意味など，いのちの哲学，②地域での支援のネットワークの構築，③国際的状況と日本の実践の海外への発信，④病態解明やケアの発展の中で果たしていく役割，⑤社会の中で生み出す価値と行政の果たしていく役割，⑥相模原事件を受けて，重度の障害のある方とともに生きる社会が生み出す価値などについて，提示していただき，小児神経科医が今後どのような視点に立って重症児の医療に向き合っていくのか，考えてみたいと思います．
