* "Active" includes an attendance fee for all technical sessions, Social events (Banquet, Excursion, etc.) and Lunch.
* "Student" includes an attendance fee for all technical sessions, Social events (Excursion, etc.) and Lunch.
* "Accompany" includes an attendance fee for Social events (Banquet, Excursion, etc.), and Lunch.
*Banquet will be held on July 23 at Kobe Portpia Hotel.
*Lunch will be supplied on July 21, 22, 23 and 24 at conference place.
* Student Banquet fee: JPY 15,000.
* Consumption tax included.
* Only Credit card is acceptable for payment of the registration fee.
*Student Registration (undergraduate, graduate or PhD student): The online registration application must be accompanied by a written Proof of Status (e.g. a scanned copy of the student ID card or a signed official letter written in English by the Head of the Department on a University letterhead) to confirm the student's status. The document must be uploaded during the registration process. Postdocs are considered as Regular Delegates.
Nov 1 (Friday), 2024 - March 15 (Saturday), 2025
- Registration payments must be completed before the end of the selected registration deadline. If the payment is not submitted by the stated deadline, the fee will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next time period.
- Registration is accepted online via the website.
- Payment for registration is accepted only by "Credit Card".
The site will be open from Nov 1 (Friday), 2024.
Online payment will start on Nov 15 (Friday), 2024
Cancellation & Alteration Policy
Registration Cancellation
Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in writing by e-mail to Congress Organizing Secretariat at secretariat@prcr2025.jp, and will be subject to the following conditions:
Up to and including April 30th, 2025: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
From May 1st, 2025, and onwards: No refund will be granted.
All refunds will be processed within two (2) months after the end of the A-PRCR2025 Conference minus any Bank charges.
Alterations/ Name changes
Up to and including April 30th, 2025: name changes can be made with no additional charge.
Between May 1st, 2025 and July 1st, 2025: name changes will be charged with a ¥ 300 administrative fee.
After July 1st, 2025: no name changes will be accepted.
