High-efficiency solar cells with direct growth of graphene on Si We are researching and developing graphene/Si high-efficiency solar cells (target 32%) by utilizing the core technology of C’s Techno Co., Ltd., which can grow graphene directly on various substrates by microwave plasma CVD. This theme has been tackled from early on, but was suspended due to the concentration of human resources and funds, such as the development of all-solid-state batteries with vertically arranged graphene electrodes. With the trend toward carbon neutrality and renewable energy, there are high expectations for solar cells, but due to concerns about the deterioration and lifespan of perovskite solar cells, high-efficiency graphene/Si solar cells (maximum theoretical high efficiency 37%) that also serve as graphene transparent electrodes are attracting attention. This high-efficiency solar cell with direct growth of graphene is expected to develop new markets, and C’s Techno Co., Ltd. would like to accelerate research and development as soon as we can secure funds.

【Frame and J-Box Separator】
This machine automatically separates 4 frames and the J-Box (for collecting aluminum and copper specifically) from discarded panels at the same time. It features high-speed processing, taking just 40 seconds per panel with simple operation. It can treat both broken and non broken panels and also double glass panels. It can be operated anywhere on electricity only. By loading it onto a truck, you can use it on-site, which helps reduce transportation costs. A customer who implemented our machine was the first in Japan to obtain a mobile processing permit for solar panels.
