All participants are required to register through the online registration system. Please carefully read the registration guidelines below.
Registration Fee
- Full registration: JPY 58,000
- Full registration, student member: JPY 45,000

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Oct. 10, 2025.
No refunds will be issued from Oct. 10, 2025. Please apply for refunds or cancellations via the registration website.
There will be a cancellation fee of JPY 15,000 which will be deducted from each refund.
Payment Information
- All payments will be made in Japanese yen (JPY).
- Visa, Master, and JCB are available to use for online registration.
- Payment by credit card is available only through the online procedure.
- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
- Actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
