Call for Abstracts

Please submit abstracts using the submission form by clicking the "Abstract Submission" button below.
Select Poster Session as a presentation style. Note that Plenary Lectures and Oral Sessions are for designated speakers only.
The number of co-authors is limited to 20 authors per an abstract.
The number of affiliations is limited to 10 affiliations per an abstract.
Title of presentation should be within 30 words (200 characters).
Word limitation for Abstract should within 300 words (2,000 characters).

Submission Deadline: November 30th, 2024 December 14th, 2024 (Closed)

1. Register a new account before your abstract submission.

2. Log-in to the submission site.

3. Fill in author(s) and affiliation(s).

4. Select category and YIA nomination.

5. Write a title and abstract of your presentation.

Title: 30 words or less

Abstract: 300 words or less

6. Confirm all the information and submit it.

The notification of abstract acceptance and presentation guideline shall be informed by email in the early December, 2024.
