　本邦におけるGDPの70％以上を占める経済環境下において、サービスの重要性を認識する製造業が増加している。これらの企業の中には、概念はもとより手段、評価方法などについて、どのように取り組めばよいかが道筋が見えていない企業も多く存在している。<br>　このような流れの中で、主に製造業がサービス化戦略をとり、顧客やサプライヤーとの間で価値共創を生み出すことが求められている。<br>　本セッションは製造業が今後進むべきサービス化戦略を促進しうるサービスの標準化について議論する。
